Issa Togola, who holds a PhD in Transport Geographer and is affiliated with Point Sud, is a researcher at the Institute of Human Sciences since 2022. He has a certificate in Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning from Bioforce. His research focuses on urban mobility and mobility in a context of insecurity in relation to urban mobility, transport actors’ and users’ difficulties in securing access to basic social services in insecure areas.
